Types of Scholarships at IFIS

1. IFIS Scholarship (30%)

Open to all students holding a Dependant’s Pass in Singapore, the IFIS Scholarship provides up to 30% sponsorship on tuition fees. This makes international education more accessible to families who value quality learning in a nurturing, multicultural environment.

2. IFIS Prestige Scholarship (100%)

The IFIS Prestige Scholarship is our most esteemed award. It offers 100% sponsorship of tuition fees and is reserved for existing IFIS scholars who have studied with us for more than one year. This scholarship recognizes students who consistently demonstrate strong academic performance, excellent character, and leadership qualities.

Eligibility Criteria

To ensure fairness and uphold our high standards, applicants must meet the following conditions:

• Pass Status: Must hold a valid Dependent Pass in Singapore.

• Age & Grade: Open to students aged 4 to 12 years old (K1, K2, Grade 1 to Grade 6).

• Scholarship Type:

  • Partial (30%): Open to all new applicants.

  • Full (100%): Open to existing IFIS students after at least one year of enrollment.

• Academic Standing: Students must show consistent effort and achievement in their previous or current school, and score at least 70% in our Scholarship Assessment Test (SAT).

• Character & Conduct: Positive behavior, leadership skills, and contributions to the community are highly valued.

• Parental/Guardian Commitment: Families must actively support the school’s culture and commit to a minimum 2-year study bond.

• Other Conditions: Scholarships apply only to tuition fees and are subject to annual review based on the student’s progress, attendance, and conduct.

Application Process

Applying for an IFIS International School Scholarship is a clear and straightforward journey:

1. Arrange to sit for the Scholarship Assessment Test (SAT).

2. Submit all required documents within the stated deadlines.

3. Successful applicants will receive a Letter of Offer within 5 working days.

4. Accept the offer within 5 working days.

5. Students must commence school within the agreed start date (any delay requires prior approval).
