Hong Yan brings a strong foundation of strategic leadership and organizational management to the board. Holding a Master of Business Administration from the University of Northampton (United Kingdom), she provides vital oversight in academic governance and quality assurance. Her expertise ensures that our educational frameworks are not only pedagogically sound but also sustainably managed to deliver the best possible outcomes for our students.
Ng Yong Jing (Sean)​

With an exceptional academic pedigree and over a decade of experience in the education sector, Sean possesses a deep understanding of what drives academic excellence. He is an alumnus of the prestigious Raffles Institution and Raffles Junior College, and graduated cum laude from Singapore Management University. His extensive industry experience allows him to effectively bridge high-level educational theory with practical, student-centric learning strategies.
Peter Henry Burgess​

Peter is a veteran educator with over 30 years of extensive experience in teaching, curriculum planning, and implementation. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy & English Literature from the University of Reading and holds a Certificate in Education from the University of Exeter Institute of Education. As an expert in English and Literature, Peter’s decades of pedagogical mastery are invaluable to the board in designing rigorous, engaging, and world-class language arts programs.
Charlotte Estelle Milne​

Charlotte is an accomplished teaching specialist bringing more than 10 years of expertise in teaching, curriculum planning, and implementation. She graduated with first-class honors in her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Leeds. Her exceptional academic background and proven track record in curriculum development make her a crucial driver in crafting dynamic, forward-thinking educational frameworks that cater to diverse learning needs.
Lee Hwee Lian (Avery)​

Avery brings more than 20 years of specialized pedagogical experience to the board. A graduate of the National University of Singapore (NUS) with a Bachelor of Science, she is our resident expert in Mathematics education. Her two decades of hands-on teaching and academic planning ensure that our Mathematics curriculum is built on analytical rigor, logic, and a deep-seated passion for problem-solving.

His deep understanding of evaluation ensures that our language arts assessments are fair, robust, and accurately reflect student mastery.
