COURSE DELIVERY & DURATION

  1. Mode of Delivery: All lessons are conducted face-to-face and are fully onsite.

  2. Teaching Methods: We utilize interactive quizzes and guided practices during class. Students also engage in practical hands-on learning through science experiments, STEM classes, art, and creativity

  3. Course Duration & Schedule: All courses are offered on a full-time basis, running from Mondays to Fridays, 8:30 am to 3:30 pm.

  4. Academic Year: The academic year starts in January and ends in late November / early December.

**NOTE On Mid-Term Admissions: Students may join us in the middle of the academic course, subject to management approval. All incoming mid-term students will go through a placement test and an interview.

ASSESSMENT & EXAMINATIONS

Year 1 to Year 3

There are no mid-year or year-end examinations. Instead, students undergo internal written assessments at the end of every term in the format of a quiz (multiple choice and short answer questions)

Year 4 to Year 5

Students will take a year-end internal written examination (multiple choice and short answer questions). There is also a written quiz at the end of every term.

Students will undertake a year-end graduation examination, alongside a written quiz at the end of every term.

SMALL CLASSES, HUGE IMPACT

To ensure that every child receives the dedicated attention they deserve, we maintain strict average teacher-student ratios for our courses:

  • Year 1 & 2: 1:8

  • Year 3 & 4: 1:10

  • Year 5 & 6: 1:12

ENTRY & GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS

To enroll in our International Primary Curriculum, students must meet the following age, language, and academic requirements based on reference to past school/kindergarten reports or other supporting documents:

Year 1

Age: 6 years old

 

Language: Completion of preschool English (or equivalent)

 

Academic: Completion of preschool (or equivalent)

Year 2

Age: 7 years old

 

Language: Pass of Year 1 (or Grade 1) English (or equivalent)

 

Academic: Pass of Year 1 (or Grade 1) or equivalent

Year 3

Age: 8 years old

 

Language: Pass of Year 2 (or Grade 2) English (or equivalent)

 

Academic: Pass of Year 2 (or Grade 2) or equivalent

Year 4

Age: 9 years old

 

Language: Pass of Year 3 (or Grade 3) English (or equivalent)

Academic: Pass of Year 3 (or Grade 3) or equivalent

Year 5

Age: 10 years old

 

Language: Pass of Year 4 (or Grade 4) English (or equivalent)
